Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with customers and relevant organizations both locally and internationally.
• Manage shipping documents, such as export customs declarations, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificates (Phyto), quality certificates, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transportation companies to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.
• Maintain and organize documents and related reports.

Qualifications

• No specific educational qualification required. A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics and/or experience in a related field.
• Good Thai communication skills are required. Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new things.
